ABOUT ME
I am an entrepreneur, researcher and founder of the AI research lab Cognia AI (UK), and the technological company red_mad_robot (CIS).
At Cognia we partner with the Cambridge Service Alliance at the University of Cambridge, the London Institute for Mathematical Sciences, and the Computational Philosophy Lab at Northeastern University London, where I earned my MSc. Together we work on the questions that will shape the next decade: how intelligent services are built, how autonomous agents reshape human experience, and what intelligence at scale truly costs.
I founded red_mad_robot eighteen years ago and grew it more than twentyfold into one of the leading technology holdings in the CIS — 600 people, eight offices, an in-house machine learning lab since 2018 and a dedicated AI business since 2024. The work has been recognised from a Red Dot Gold Award in Europe to a ZeroDX Award in China. Building at that scale is what convinced me that technology advances faster than our ability to make sense of it — and that the gap is where the real work is.
My Why
For the past 15 years, I have been dedicated to a single goal: building a company that is truly built to last—an organization capable of creating a positive, enduring impact for centuries.
I believe our deepest purpose is found in creation. It is essential to direct our most valuable assets—our time and potential—toward what truly matters.

We face historic challenges: a global climate crisis, profound demographic shifts, and the dawn of transhumanism. Navigating the future of humanity is the defining task of our time, and I believe entrepreneurs are uniquely equipped to lead this transition.

My goal is to empower more people to become active creators, not just passive consumers. A world of creators is more resilient, innovative, and capable of solving complex problems with greater efficiency.

Entrepreneurship: Building & Investing
As the majority shareholder of red_mad_robot and co-founder of several tech-companies, I build and invest in ventures that drive progress. My focus is on GenAI, new economies and founder-led companies with the potential to become global leaders.
RESEARCH: AUGMENTING INTELLIGENCE
I lead fundamental and applied research at the intersection of neuroscience, Theory of Mind, and GenAI. My academic work centers on augmenting human intelligence and engineering more effective knowledge systems.
EDUCATION & MENTORSHIP
I teach management technologies, digital-to-AI transformation, and strategies for building resilient businesses in volatile environments.
